# Datafiles needed for M3DC1-RMP run

## general data file

* maxwell.dat: data lookup table for collision process in Maxwellian

## specific data files

* profile.dat: 1D equilibrium profiles, specific to a shot number and time,
  the same as other GTC runs. See [DataFileFormat.md](../input/DataFileFormat.md) for details.

* m3dc1.nc: M3DC1 equilibrium file, specific to a shot number and time.
  See [DataFileFormat.md](../input/DataFileFormat.md) for details.

* m3dc1XX.nc: M3DC1 RMP perturbation file(s), specific to a shot number and time.
  See [DataFileFormat.md](../input/DataFileFormat.md) for details.

# Example data files

Example data files can be found in `input/DataFiles/DIIID/158103-3050ms/`, and 
`input/DataFiles/DIIID/158103-3796ms/`.

symbolic links to the 3050ms files has been provided in the current folder.

Same data files can also be found on UCI phoenix server:
